There’s no way to fully describe what will happen on June 1st, but we can say that the StalheimTime Finale is a truly celebratory affair and black tie is DISCOURAGED! So many surprises are in store, from the Present Music Ensemble and a whole slew of collaborating performers. You’ll feel suspended in time during this night of intrigue, curiosity, whimsy, and – most of all – community.
Kevin Stalheim will continue living in Milwaukee after his retirement, and plans to continue supporting the future of Present Music as a consultant for our new co-artistic team. Kevin will serve Present Music as a member of its new Artistic Advisory Group – formed by community advocates who are enthusiastically supportive of the exciting new phase Present Music is about to enter. If you are interested in being more involved with Present Music and want to learn more about our Board of Directors and its committees, please reach out to one of our lovely board members at the concert! They’ll be wearing special nametags, so you can easily identify them!
Parking/Getting to the Pabst:
Street parking in Downtown Milwaukee is generally unregulated after 6:00pm, but we highly recommend allowing plenty of extra time to arrive as the Wells Street/Water Street area is extremely busy on weekend evenings.
If driving around in frustratingly expanding circles around the Pabst to find a free parking spot is not your thing, we’re right there with you!
